Description
Design and validate a beta-test evaluation protocol for SciDEX v2 design-and-execution trajectories. The protocol must include: (1) frozen scoring rules with metric versions, (2) independent reviewer assignment (domain_reviewer + rigor_reviewer), (3) leaderboard or scorecard with reproducibility checks, (4) anti-gaming checks for self-review and reciprocal ranking, (5) payout or no-award decision criteria.
