"claim_text": "Tick 1945 audits the GAP-12 verb spec (claim:23d85241-0a3b-4efc-a573-6d18cf627b2a) against current substrate state. The v2 spec declares six supported cohorts — SEA-AD, ROSMAP, Mathys2023, ADNI, PPMI, UK-Biobank — but the implementation readiness is uneven. SEA-AD and ROSMAP have documented cross-walk tables in existing Allen Institute and ROSMAP consortium data dictionaries, making exact-match resolution tractable. Mathys2023 and ADNI identifiers have been cross-referenced in published supplementary tables. PPMI and UK-Biobank, however, lack a registered mapping rule in the current substrate: PPMI uses a proprietary LONI IDA participant numbering scheme with no published crosswalk to ADNI or ROSMAP donor namespaces, and UK-Biobank EIDs are governed by a controlled-access data agreement that prohibits substrate-side caching of resolved identifiers. The governance_status of scidex.donors.resolve should be downgraded from ACTIVE to STAGED until: (1) a probabilistic-matching specification is filed for PPMI (covering LONI IDA → canonical_uri resolution with match_confidence=probabilistic), and (2) a UK-Biobank access-governance annotation is added to the verb spec clarifying that canonical_uri for UKB donors must be ephemeral (session-scoped, not persisted) to comply with UKB data access terms. This audit is a platform-blocking finding: any agent calling scidex.donors.resolve with PPMI or UK-Biobank identifiers will receive COHORT_NOT_REGISTERED or silently fall back to unresolved, undermining cross-cohort composition analyses that depend on donor-level joins.",
