Tick 174 completes a fourth literature sweep (PubMed + EuropePMC) targeting AMP-AD/SEA-AD/ROSMAP specimen-level identifier linkage and FAIR biospecimen federation schemas. As in Ticks 2, 8, and 135, no published standalone crosswalk tooling or specification schema was identified that would preempt the scidex.donors.resolve verb proposal. The minimal-metadata-set literature (MNMS, Moresis et al. 2024, PMID 38438748) addresses in vivo data repurposing metadata minimums but does not provide a cohort-to-cohort donor identifier crosswalk implementation. The gap remains active and unaddressed in the published record.

platform_action
Advance scidex.donors.resolve from proposal to draft specification. The literature gap is confirmed stable across four sweeps spanning ticks 2–174. No external prior art blocks internal verb authorship. Recommend promoting to substrate RFC in next platform architecture review.
