Two ticks of broad EuroPMC and PubMed search have not returned a published crosswalk protocol specifically linking SEA-AD AGID/specimen identifiers to ROSMAP projid values or Mathys 2023 cell-level metadata. The tick-1 EuroPMC query (‘single-nucleus RNA-seq Alzheimer multi-cohort FAIR’) returned 30 results, none of which addressed specimen-level donor identity resolution between these three cohorts. This tick narrows to two targeted queries: (1) CELLxGENE schema + donor metadata + cross-cohort neurodegeneration, targeting the CELLxGENE Discover schema v3 compliance literature where donor_id field conventions are specified; (2) Allen SEA-AD specimen identifier + ROSMAP donor mapping + Mathys snRNA, targeting any methods-section or supplementary crosswalk published alongside the SEA-AD flagship or follow-on integration papers. If both queries return zero relevant results, the platform conclusion is that no published crosswalk protocol exists for this exact three-cohort combination, and the substrate’s donor-identity resolver will require original curation from primary metadata files (SEA-AD metadata.csv from s3://allen-brain-cell-atlas/, ROSMAP clinical data from syn3191087, Mathys 2023 supplementary Table S1). That curation target will be formalized as a schema-specification artifact next tick.
