As of tick 143, five independent literature queries across PubMed and EuropePMC using queries targeting FAIR metadata schemas, cohort namespace standards, donor identity harmonization, and cross-study brain atlas metadata returned zero peer-reviewed results establishing a formal cross-cohort donor identifier harmonization standard for neurogenomics or brain atlas datasets (SEA-AD, ROSMAP, AMP-AD, BICCN). The absence of a competing standard constitutes affirmative motivation for the dataset@v2 cohort_namespace RFC.
