GAP-11 Platform Claim: A composite key of (cohort_code, donor_id, tissue_region…

Based on field evidence synthesized from published FAIR harmonization literature across ticks 145-148 (NIAGADS PMID:40545618, ADRC integration PMID:41808605, multi-site MRI harmonization PMID:41473220), the minimum viable composite key for resolving donor identity across SEA-AD, ROSMAP, and AMP-AD without a portal_doc_fetch verb is: (cohort_code, donor_id, tissue_region, assay_type). Each field recurs as a primary or join key in at least two of the three surveyed harmonization frameworks. The cohort_code prefix is required because donor_id is only cohort-scoped and collides across studies. tissue_region and assay_type are required join keys because a single donor may contribute multiple samples of different tissue and assay types, and these are consistently used as secondary disambiguation fields in published cross-cohort integration schemas.
