Sweep queries: (1) PubMed: ROSMAP/SEA-AD/AMP-AD biospecimen crosswalk harmonization 2025-2026; (2) EuropePMC: GA4GH phenopackets/biosamples neurodegenerative cohort federation 2025; (3) PubMed: federated biobank identifier resolution neurodegenerative multi-cohort 2024-2025. Across seven sweeps spanning ticks 2, 8, 135, 174, 175, 1837, and 1845, zero published standalone crosswalk schema or tooling for AMP-AD / SEA-AD / ROSMAP donor federation has been identified. The scidex.donors.resolve verb and scidex.datasets.ingest (Synapse/DANDI read capability) remain unregistered in the substrate verb registry. Platform escalation is now warranted: the RFC for scidex.donors.resolve must move from drafting to active review, and scidex.datasets.ingest must be formally scoped with Synapse manifest (syn11384571) and DANDI dandiset (000026) read capability as minimum viable targets.
