Description
Twenty consecutive substrate-accessible literature searches across EuropePMC (ticks 43–61) and PubMed (tick 62) have returned zero machine-readable GEO accession strings for two datasets required as input slots in the cross-cohort scCODA Dirichlet regression notebook: (A) Olah et al. 2020 single-nucleus microglia transcriptomics (candidate GSE127893, status unconfirmed) and (B) Mathys et al. 2023 Cell single-cell atlas (accession unknown; supplement of doi:10.1016/j.cell.2023.08.039 not yet machine-readable via substrate). Until both accessions are confirmed, the scCODA model cannot be parameterized and the cross-cohort microglia subtype reconciliation analysis remains blocked. Manual curator lookup against the GEO portal or the paper supplement PDFs is the sole remaining resolution path.
