Resolution criteria

Resolved when experimental evidence directly tests whether APOE4 increases tau propagation rather than merely co-occurring with tau pathology. Required deliverables are a controlled cell/organoid or animal propagation assay comparing APOE genotypes, quantitative tau spread or seeding metrics, at least one rescue or mechanism perturbation, and a debate or KG update that records whether APOE4 causally promotes, modifies, or fails to affect tau propagation.
