Resolution criteria

Resolution requires: (1) Published organoid-to-primary human brain cell type comparison framework with quantitative fidelity metrics (snRNA-seq correlation >= 0.75, AUC >= 0.80); (2) Single-cell atlas of >=3 organoid systems compared to primary human brain reference; (3) Standardized maturity markers demonstrating >=1 year maturation equivalence; (4) KG nodes linking organoid cell types to in vivo counterparts. Deliverable: peer-reviewed dataset + analysis notebook.
