Description
The finding that global but not cortical-specific P/Q deletion increases thalamic neurogenesis and β-catenin/Lef1 signaling reveals an unexpected developmental role. The mechanistic link between P/Q channel activity and Wnt/β-catenin pathway regulation in neurogenesis is completely unknown.
