Resolution criteria
Resolution requires: (1) >=3 composable synthetic gene circuits with documented logic functions; (2) Cross-platform validation in >=2 mammalian cell lines; (3) Cell-state-gated recording with >=80% specificity; (4) Circuit designs archived in SBOL format with characterization. Deliverable: circuit library + design rules.
