Resolution requires: (1) Published computational method for integrated lineage recording + spatial transcriptomics with >=2 proof-of-concept demonstrations; (2) Joint reconstruction algorithm preserving both spatial coordinates and lineage; (3) Benchmark dataset with ground truth validated in >=1 mammalian tissue; (4) KG edges connecting lineage recorder outputs to spatial coordinates. Deliverable: validated tool + benchmark dataset.
