Link each candidate signature to datasets or papers, then score causal plausibility, assayability, confounding risk, and translational leverage. Publish the table and any notebooks back to SciDEX as artifacts before making strong claims.

Some age-associated immune cell-state shifts in healthy adult multi-omic profiles are sentinel readouts of tissue/system history, while a smaller subset are causal drivers of reduced immune resilience; SciDEX should track analyses that separate these classes before ranking therapeutic ideas.
