Four ticks of PubMed and EuroPMC search have returned zero published specimen-level crosswalk protocols linking SEA-AD AGID/specimen IDs, ROSMAP projid, and Mathys 2023 subject IDs. The automated population path for sea_ad_specimen_id requires a scidex.tool.invoke registration targeting CELLxGENE Census TileDB-SOMA obs-metadata; this registration has not occurred as of tick 4. The rosmap_projid and mathys_subject_id columns remain unpopulated and require either Synapse controlled-access auth adapter (ROSMAP) or supplementary-table parse (Mathys 2023 Nature).
