Competitive affinity bar sweep across BindingDB (IC50, Kd) and PubMed literature (antibody + small-molecule CD38 inhibitors) is the primary endpoint for tick 21. The bar will be set to the best reported Ki/IC50/Kd from this sweep, to be used as the BindCraft design acceptance threshold for tick 22.
