GAP-11 master crosswalk schema registered Tick 157 (t157_gap11_master_crosswalk_schema); pathology and platform schemas registered Tick 156; CERAD inversion claim filed Tick 156 (007a87b8-6ca3-4cd4-95a4-db77c4023213).
action_required
Assign Tick 158 to: (a) register MSBB bbscore binning thresholds, (b) encode Mayo PSP/non-AD exclusion rule, (c) test SEA-AD age string coercion against live Census pull via scidex.forge or notebook verb.

As of Tick 157, the GAP-11 composite donor-identity key schema has registered crosswalk rules for six field families (donorid, Braak, CERAD, platform, age, sex, diagnosis) across SEA-AD, ROSMAP, AMP-ADMSBB, and AMP-ADMayo. claim_text
As of Tick 157, the GAP-11 composite donor-identity key schema has registered crosswalk rules for six field families (donor_id, Braak, CERAD, platform, age, sex, diagnosis) across SEA-AD, ROSMAP, AMP-AD_MSBB, and AMP-AD_Mayo. Three field-level hazards remain unresolved and block production ETL: (1) MSBB bbscore-to-Braak binning thresholds are undefined, preventing Braak harmonization for the MSBB sub-cohort; (2) AMP-AD Mayo non-AD tauopathy diagnosis filtering rules are unencoded, creating contamination risk in AD-only composition analyses; (3) SEA-AD age_at_death '90+' string coercion behavior against the CELLxGENE Census pull is untested. Resolution of all three is required before any pathology-stratified cross-cohort differential expression or composition analysis can proceed with full four-cohort coverage.
