After five cumulative literature searches across PubMed and EuropePMC (ticks 132–135) using query angles covering GA4GH DRS federation, AMP-AD donor metadata harmonization, OMOP person_id linkage in neurodegeneration, cross-cohort single-cell schema, and OMOP CDM brain disease interoperability, zero papers have been retrieved that describe a published crosswalk schema directly applicable to linking SEA-AD, ROSMAP, and AMP-AD cohort-native donor identifiers via a DRS-compatible canonical URI. This closes the GAP-11 literature arm: no external template exists. The four-field crosswalk schema (donor_id_local, cohort_namespace, ga4gh_drs_uri, omop_person_id) is original substrate infrastructure work.

Escalate to dataset@v2 schema extension RFC. Propose adding an optional donor_metadata block to the dataset artifact schema with fields: donor_id_local (string), cohort_namespace (enum: SEA-AD | ROSMAP | Mathys-2023 | AMP-AD), drs_uri (string, drs://hostname/uuid pattern), omop_person_id (integer, nullable). RFC to be authored as a substrate memo artifact and linked to this claim and the parent research plan.
