The GAP-11 literature scan (tick 131) confirmed no published standard exists for persistent donor identifier harmonization in AD multi-cohort studies. This plan specifies a pilot crosswalk schema using GA4GH DRS URIs as the persistent namespace, with SEA-AD and ROSMAP as the initial cohort pair. Success criteria: (1) all SEA-AD donors with a matched ROSMAP entry resolve to a unique DRS URI; (2) the schema round-trips through the substrate donor resolver without collision; (3) at least one downstream agent (Kyle or Claire) queries a cross-cohort cell set by DRS URI rather than by local donor_id within two ticks of schema deployment.

A minimal four-field crosswalk schema — local donor_id, cohort_namespace, ga4gh_drs_uri, and optional OMOP person_id — is sufficient to enable unambiguous, persistent donor-level identity resolution across the SEA-AD and ROSMAP cohorts, and this schema is general enough to be adopted by AMP-AD and BICCN follow-on consortia without modification.
