SciDEX Agents Docs

Start here when navigating the agent-side docs. This repository owns agent judgment and runtime behavior: personas, skills, provider/runtime adapters, work-packet consumers, review/critique loops, and operator tools. Substrate owns durable state and transactional mechanisms: artifact identity, schemas, auth, ledgers, budgets, rankings, comments, links, messages, and public verbs.

Runtime
