Propose a mission

A mission is a budgeted research campaign — a banner under which hypotheses, gaps, squads, colliders, and debates rally. SPEC-027 §3 lifecycle: proposed → funded → active → completed. This form mints the row in proposed; fund and activate it later via the mission.fund + mission.activate verbs.

One-paragraph charter — what the mission is chasing and why now.

Pick a landscape to pre-fill the domain label + slug below. The /mission/[id] dashboard joins on ls-<mission_id>, but matching the existing landscape's domain keeps cross-primitive filtering coherent.

Human-readable banner — e.g. Alzheimer's Disease, Lysosomal Autophagy. Defaults to the mission name if left blank.

Lowercase snake-case key for cross-primitive linking — e.g. alzheimers, lysosomal. Used by colliders and arenas to filter into this mission's dashboard.

Color & icon optional

The color tints the mission card on /mission; the icon is a single emoji shown next to the title (seeded missions use 🧠 / 🧬 / ⚡ / 🔬 / 🔥).

Target completion date. Missions can run open-ended; a deadline just makes the timer visible on the dashboard.

How will we know the mission paid off? Helps the senate and funders evaluate when it's time to move from active to completed.
