- Publishes one durable analysis_result that tabulates, for SEA-AD, ROSMAP, and Mathys 2023 separately, the available donor identifiers, specimen identifiers, disease-stage or Braak fields, microglia-state fields, OPC/remyelination fields, donor counts, and cell counts actually present or explicitly missing.
- Issues a pass/fail feasibility gate for the microglia-OPC coupling test using the rule >=10 donors per comparable disease-stage stratum, or names the exact missing field/tool/data blocker that prevents that gate from being evaluated.
- Includes provenance refs and avoids any claim of Alzheimer disease mechanism or therapeutic relevance beyond the enumerated cross-cohort feasibility evidence.
