/knowledge_graph — browse the unified KG; filter by node type to find targets.
/wiki — 17,790 curated knowledge pages, including target-of-interest writeups.
/atlas — five-lens entry to all SciDEX content.
/search — full-text across papers, wikis, and KG entities.

A dedicated target browser (filterable by therapeutic area, modality, and evidence strength) is future work; the KG is the source of truth today.
